HORIBA introduced the X-ray Fluorescence Analyzer XGT-1000WR series in 2002, with over 1000 units globally used for RoHS/ELV compliance and hazardous element analysis without sample cutting. In 2012, the MESA-50 X-ray Fluorescence Analyser was launched, gaining rapid popularity. In 2013, an extended MESA-50 variant with a larger sample chamber and LN2-free detector was added, offering As/Sb analysis and Multilayer Film FPM as optional features.
