The Optical Thickness Gauge products from Bristol Instruments use the unique properties of light to measure the thickness of transparent and semi-transparent materials. These systems direct light through an optical probe to the part under test. Reflections from every surface and material interface are collected and returned to the Optical Thickness Gauge for analysis.
